The quality has improved over the years and the Palight Premium product takes it one step further. We use both the black and white, in 1/4 and 1/2 inch. This material cuts like butter on our panel saw or our table saw with carbide blades. The BEST feature is the release paper on one side. (It is plastic) For traditional PVC sheets we always had to sand the surface to remove imperfections. Then we had to clean the surface, vacuum, then clean with alcohol, then a tack cloth. Not with Palight, we cut, then light vacuum the surface, we then mount our vinyl to the PVC, and pull off the release plastic as it goes through the laminator. Priceless.

The quality is perfect and I like the liner that comes on it so I get a clean surface to work with after peeling the liner off. I highly recommend this product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by jpils from Rigidity Foamed sheets are not quite as rigid as non foamed. This makes them less brittle, so they are less likely to crack when being knife cut. Direct Uv print looks great.
