I was able to install by myself, though it would have been nice if I had a helper. I used the 5mm alumaCorr for the face which worked perfect. I wouldn't suggest using 3mm maxmetal. I had a customer who did that and the face was too flimsy and just blew out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Exceptionally Easy Install! I just finished installing 4'x8' version of this sign frame with my 8 year old son, and it went so smooth and fast. We used the 4"x4" metal ground stakes as well, and they also worked great! Makes me want to sell a ton more of these. My only qualm is that the manufacturer basically just threw it in the box to ship, leaving a TON of PVC shavings I had to vacuum up.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Joanne B from The picture doesn’t do it justice I ordered this in an 8’ x 4’ and was pleasantly surprised at the excellent robust quality of constructioThe picture doesn’t convey how nice it looks in person and how easy it was to put together. I gave it four stars only because it could use one design upgrade: There are channels in the top and bottom posts to hold the sign upright but there should be channels in the side posts too to make the sign extra secure. We used 4x4 pressure treated posts with concrete for installation. The vinyl posts slid right over. The customer is thrilled with how it looks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by mfred_2000 from Great frame, needs more signboard support. This is a beautiful frame! Put in a piece of 4x8 Aluma core signboard. Worked great for 6 months, we had high winds and blew the face out. Most of these vinyl frames hold the signboard all around the frame, this one is only slotted in the bottom and top not the sides. Not sure how to prevent a re-occurrence.
