If it goes bad or an ink cartridge that goes bad most of the time we try to prepare for those situations, but sometimes they can't, and you put me in a bad position, needing an ink head. And it wasn't available locally

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mary H from HP printheads Printheads are as expected, they work fine. Wish they were not as expensive as they are, but that's HP's issue, not Grimco. They arrive super fast within 1-2 days normally, thanks for the fast turnaround Grimco, because as we all know, you get no warning when printheads are starting to fail, they just go out in the middle of a print job, and I never have any backups on hand since they expire. So fast delivery is KEY, thanks!
