Finally one that lays flat!
I've bought only "name brand" mats in the past and they never did lay flat, even after 8 years on the last one. I received this one yesterday, unrolled it and put some boxes on the corners overnight, came in this morning and it's already relaxed. Noice.

Good Cutting Mat
I bought this to replace the same exact style cutting mat that had served us well. However, it was at its "end of life." I'm intending for this new one to give me just as long of a life! The mat arrived in good condition and rolled out easily and flattened quickly.
