Rated 3 out of 5 by Citi Teen Center from Excellent Service - Product was lacking. Grimco's service was exceptional. I have nothing but praise for Grimco's easy ordering and same-day pick up option. The Rad Grafix Vinyl was not what I expected. It doesn't stick very well or long to any surface that isn't glass, or very smooth walls. Any other surface will cause the vinyl to simply curl up and fall off in a couple of days.

It didn't matter if it was a cut letter or a wall panel. Customer service had every excuse in the book and didn't offer and solutions. I tried to resolve with support but they don't call back! We printed letters and a wall wrap. The edges on both curled up off the wall by .125" inch Support said the product isn't made for letters - REALLY! theses letters were 12" tall. 54x150 roll printed with Epson 80600

Made cut line on Non printed area, allowed 48hrs before application, Cleaned smooth painted wall very well, lasted 4 days and started to peel, Went back out re-applied with edge sealer, and now peeling again! waist of money, extremely upset client! Looks like I am having to go Deep into pocket to fix! Don't Buy!!!
