Protected the U-Channel post during installation
Purchased and used the U-Channel post drive cap for installing a single U-Channel post. The ground was very dry and hard, so I actually ended up digging a hole by hand and then pounding the post in the final few inches. The post drive cap protected the U-Channel post and worked very well with a large sledge hammer.
