Rated 4 out of 5 by Waterford Signs, Inc. from HP Latex - Great for Same Day Turnaround Customers We had been using the Epson GS6000 for the past 8 years. It was a great machine, but technology has changed, and we made the switch to the HP 365 Latex printer. Our customers are getting more and more in the mindset of, "We forgot to order this, but need it this afternoon." This printer has helped immensely and given us an edge on the competition. The only downside that we have found is that smaller labels are a little grainy. We print a lot of product labels for customers' products. Some of these products are lip balm, and have listed ingredients in 5pt type. The GS6000 was AMAZING at this particular type of print, but the HP 365 is really only lacking in this department. Longevity, control over colors, material profiling, interface, print speed, and everything else is pretty much spot on.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Glyphics Graphics Inc. from More headache than what its worth. Total nightmare, buyer beware. Right out of the box we had several bad print heads that needed to be replaced. Some went bad again, just out of the warranty date. The print quality seemed fantastic in the beginning, but now facing image quality issues where the colors are not even close to the artwork. I would not recommend this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by MEMU from Not buying again HP and Grimco wanted me to install regulators to control de voltage. Have had the same printer for 6 yrs now withou such Bs. Still haven’t been able get it delivered, after 3 weeks and 2000 of electrical adaptations. Ridiculous!!
