Rated 1 out of 5 by Wrap City from DO NOT BUY if you value your sanity I use this machine lightly for occasional print cut logos and graphics for vehicles. After only 18 months the Y motor failed. This is a common issue I found out after some searching. It's still under warranty but the warranty doesn't cover on site repairs. They expect you to save the huge box it comes in and ship it to a service center in the original box for repair. Under warranty. Do Not Buy. Customer service is horrible, do a search. They will not call you and you can't call them. You have to create a ticket online then someone will email you and will not call even if you request it several times. Do some research on the customer service and Y motor issues. This machine is costing me money and my shops reputation because it has been down a week now with my only option to drive it 2hrs in a truck to drop it off or pay for the shipping to ship it.
