We followed all of the troubleshooting, servicing, and have had many calls with technicians to try and fix it. A technician from Epson came out to do a repair, and the banding became so severe that it has now been unfunctional for over a month. This printer has been nothing but a pain to try and get to work with Onyx software as well. The technician suggested that we use the Epson RIP software instead, but this has not resolved the numerous issues with this printer. The photos of banding are before we had the technician work on the printer.
