Rated 1 out of 5 by thesignboss from Customer not pleased! The bracket was boxed poorly for shipping with no wrapping/padding and arrived protruding out of the box with scratches on the ball tip. The bracket was also out of angle. When installing on the wall, the arm was about 3 inches lower on the end, and had to be bent up to make a right angle with the mounting bracket. The sign blank only had protective coating on one side and had thin scratches showing silver aluminum through the paint, despite being in a cardboard sleeve, which tells you it was that way before it was ever shipped. Gave my customer a discount because of the issues, and then discovered when installing that the sign blank's holes were only 24" inches apart instead of the 30" listed in the item description/shown in the item picture. Not sure if this was manufacturer's error or Grimco's error. The bracket was correct, but the sign was wrong. When requesting a replacement for the sign panel, I was told the only options for replacement were a sign blank with rounded corners/4 holes OR square corners/NO holes. Needless to say, my customer isn't happy at all.
