Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very conformable with a nice finish! We have purchased a couple wrap kits and have nothing but a great experience with them. After using the kits on both partial wraps and full, we have absolutely no reason to exclude this material from our shop. I was hesitant to purchase because we're very comfortable using 3M products and we know what we're getting with them, however. We will continue using Briteline right alongside because its amazing and has given us a competitive edge when bidding wars begin.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost identical finish to Ultra Matte I'm usually not one to review products on here, but we had surprisingly good experience using Brightline Wrap Cast Matte, so I wanted to share. I can't speak about longterm durability, but our initial experience was a good one. We had a big project for 30 vehicles and started off using 3M Ultra Matte 8915 because it was the only lam with a truly matte finish. We needed some film fast and my rep introduced me to the Brightline Wrap Cast matte which would make it to us sooner. I was skeptical, but it ended up having an identical finish!... so much so, that we split one of the wrapped vehicles between 3M and Brightline and you couldn't even notice the difference. I'm not a big fan of using house brands if I can avoid it, especially when the big name brands already have a lower expected outdoor durability. A big issue we've experienced with true matte finishes is that they tend to "burn" much quicker than satin and gloss. Our project is a bit unique in that it the wraps are only going to be installed for about 2 years and the vehicles aren't going to be outdoors for much time, so the savings here was a no brainer. We're not ditching the big name brands, but there's a place for everything and when we will renew our install contract for another 50 vehicles this fall, we'll most definitely be going with Brightline for the savings, a comparable install and finish.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Cast Overlaminate This is a great laminate to be paired with Briteline Wrap cast film. The only reason it's not a 5 star is it does not have the best gloss but for fleet graphics it is great!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Possible replacement for 3M The quality was similar and the cost was much less so it was a no brainer to try out.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Competitive cast vinyl product While we have not used this for a wrap, We use it (along with the cast print vinyl) to do most all of any vehicle graphics. Allies well and have no issues after more than a year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Should be called "RubberCAST" This lam needs work. On one hand, I think it has great durability. On the other, it's highly highly elastic. What this means is that when paired with WrapCAST it has a strong tendency to want to snap back away from angle pulls, even after it's been post heated. I noticed pulls away from door corners inside 8 hours and needed to use edge sealer on spots it really shouldn't have been called for. When you compare the elasticity to Avery 1306 dol, you can see that Avery intentionally kept elasticity to a minimum so that it wouldn't fight the underlying vinyl. Overall a good product but I think it could use some refinement for ease of installation.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not Impressed I bought the Brightline wrap/lam kit. The money you will save on this material is not worth the extra time in application. Initial tack is more aggressive than Avery 1105 and not nearly as easy to work with. The laminate is more rigid than 1360z, my preffered and requires post heating where I would not usually need to. This is a direct comparison on a fleet of vehicles that are identical. I will not buy again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from LAMINATE DOES NOT BOND TO VINYL OR CLEANLY REMOVE BUYER'S BEWARE, you might save a few dollars purchasing this vinyl verses other cast vinyls initially but you will spend an extensive amount of time if you need to remove the vinyl down the road, costing you more time and money in the long run. We used Briteline's WrapCast material with its WrapCast Overlaminate and found that the overlaminate does not bound well to the vinyl. When you try to remove it from the vehicle surface after its been installed for some time, the overlaminate separates from the vinyl leaving behind the vinyl on the surface area. With the overlaminate no longer attached to the vinyl, you cannot cleanly remove the vinyl without the vinyl tearing into small pieces. This is unlike other manufacturer's cast vinyls and overlaminates such as 3M's or Orafol's that cleanly remove after installation. We experienced the same results with unprinted sections of the WrapCast material and printed sections of the WrapCast material. This happened with 2 different rolls of WrapCast material.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from needs work Everytime we laminated with this material, it would 'migrate' and pull away from the top roller at one end, causing wrinkles and bubbling along that edge of the print. At first i thought it was my new employee doing something wrong...but it continued to do it when i tried it. Not happy, ruined a lot of vinyl. Not sure if it was just a bad roll. Not sure what would cause that... but dont think i'll be using it again
