Now, if ur doing a large trailer with many rivots, the tip will not hold out as well. Everyone’s in a hurry when u have 4000 rivots to lay down. U get the poking fast and before long, the tip will dull and start to bend. And now ur stabbing these holes bc when u apply heat to seal, they down lay right and now you’ve got a ton of wrinkles. You would need to stock up on new tips which aren’t cheap. Overall, this product is way overpriced when u could just use $.10 breakaway blades from harbour freight and have a brand new tip instantly instead of stoping to replace the tip of the air release pen. Which is as easy as adding more lead for a mechanical.pencil
