Rated 4 out of 5 by Signs of Excellence, inc. from Orajet 3954 Brick Stone Film Worked pretty well on painted cinderblock walls. The vinyl did release in some of the deeper mortar joints, but overall acceptable. Worked much better than a comparable product from another manufacturer. I would use again for a similar application.

It had some fairly deep grout lines and I was under the impression that it would be able to install into them. Unfortunately, the vinyl did not stretch enough as they were to deep so we did a mosaic install instead. The vinyl stuck great and was easy to cut after the vinyl was applied. Great product!
