Will fog up if you use any type of moisture
We use Rapid Tac all the time when applying clear or translucent vinyl and we've never had any issues of the vinyl fogging up until using this particular brand. We even tried just using plain water as per Grimco's suggestion but that also caused it to fog up. The fogging won't go away. Wouldn't use this for any wet-mounting applications.
