Rated 4 out of 5 by CSC Enterprises from Folding frame - bolt in. These frames are better than other frames of it's class. I would have given it a rating of five stars but found two imperfections that could use some improvements. I notice that some have welding splatters in the handles caused by welding process. These bits of weld are sharp and therefore I need to pass a file to remove them from the handle area, they are sharp and can cut the hand. The other is the securing chain, it is only secured on one side. Therefore I have to crimp with pliers to keep the chain from falling off the frame. Customers do ask for these frames because they are heavier and withstand the windy elements better than the economy frames.
