Lack of quality control and timeliness
Screw came bare, there was zero threading on it. Arrived extremely late. All around bad experience.

Wrong hardware!
The bolts do not stay in. I am refitting 50 signs with a 5/16-18 x .75" vibration resistant bolt with a lock washer and a flat washer. Grimco doesn't sell them.

BEWARE! Hardware not sufficient!
I purchased these with the supplied bolts and the recommended nut/bolt system as well as the one inch bolts. The recommended bolts are too long as are the one inch, and there is no place for a nut to fit, so we used the supplied bolt. The bolt works it's way out in the wind and signs come loose in just a few weeks. The strap and bracket are a good idea, but the hardware is not safe. Still waiting for a solution from Grimco.
