Although I use this product regularly and like it very much, this is the first time ordering it from Grimco. The package came so damaged that I had to refuse it. The tracking shows you have received it back as of 7/9 but I have not received a replacement, refund, credit or even so much as an acknowledgment that the return was received. I only started ordering from you as a result of the Grimco/GSG merger. Since taking over from GSG, my packages all take longer to arrive and every time there is some damage to the package. I have had to cut many feet off several rolls of product. This particular one was just so bad I could not possible accept it. I ordered a replacement from another vendor.
I have noticed over the 15 years in the business that if shipping via UPS, double boxing is needed. The factory boxes of media rolls do not hold up to UPS abuse. Every other vendor I use will double box when using UPS.
