*Because of their size, some Sweet Saver Items are subject to oversize/overweight shipping and handling fees
from major freight carriers. These items are noted and the additional shipping and handling fees
will be charged. If all other Sweet Saver qualifiers are met, ground shipping itself will be free.
Offer applies on standard ground shipping to all 50 states. If you upgrade your shipping method, shipping fees will apply.
If you order does not total $100 in Sweet Saver Items, shipping fee will apply. Offer available online only.
Offer applies to purchases of $100 or more on eligible items across all categories. Only items in the order marked with the
Sweet Saver Shipping Logo are eligible for free shipping. All non-eligible items in the same order will be subject to standard
shipping charges. Some exclusions apply. $100 purchase is based on eligible merchandise subtotal. Merchandise subtotal based
on each shipping destination. Grimco reserves the right to adjust the qualifiers, specifications and shipping charges associated
with this promotion at any time.
Warranties:
Grimco Inc. has no expressed warranties beyond the stated warranties of the product manufacturers. Under no
circumstances shall Grimco Inc. be held liable for any labor cost incurred from any defective products warranted
by the product manufacturers.

- Parcel Service C.O.D. shipments will have additional fees.
- Larger shipments ship motor freight (No C.O.D.'s on freight).

- Fuel Surcharge: Fuel charge may apply to shipments.
- Hazardous Material: Not all items can ship via air. Ground service may be required.
- Shipping Time: Grimco, Inc. stocks thousands of items for immediate shipping.
Orders with custom or out of stock items may take longer to ship. If your order is time sensitive, ask
your Customer Service Representative for assistance.
- Shipping 3rd Party
- Grimco will ship 3rd party with FedEx or UPS with a $3.00 handling charge. Any chargeback fee resulting
from shipment will be the responsibility of the customer. These fees shall be paid in full before future orders can be processed.
- Grimco will also ship 3rd party motor freight with most couriers with a $10.00 handling fee. Any
chargeback fee resulting from shipment will be the responsibility of the customer. These fees shall be paid
in full before future orders can be processed.
Pricing:
Due to fluctuations in raw materials and energy costs prices may change without notice.
Returns:
- Grimco, Inc offers returns/exchanges on stock items, within 30 days from date of purchase.
- All returns/exchanges must have a return authorization number assigned before product is returned.
- Restocking fee and other fees may apply.
- Custom and non-stock items are not eligible for return.
- Grimco is not responsible for labor and material costs incurred due to damaged, defective and/or incorrect product.

Credit Card Chargeback's:
Any chargeback's filed will result in the account being halted until the chargeback is cleared.
Customers should contact Accounting before filing any charge backs. The account will be responsible
for any fees if the chargeback if found in Grimco's favor. Furthermore that account will become
advance payment only. Please contact Accounting with any questions at 800.542.9941.
NSF Checks:
There is a $25.00 fee for NSF checks.
Sales Tax:
Tax Exempt customers will need to email a copy of the current state tax certificate to taxexempt@grimco.com.
