How do I create a Grimco Online Account?
- You can access the registration form for a Grimco Online Account in two places under the “Welcome To Grimco.com” on the upper-right portion of the site.

I already have a Grimco Online Account, do I need to re-register?
- If you have registered for a Grimco Online Account since 2008, you do not need to re-register. Your current User Name and Password will work.
- Contact a Grimco Sales Representative at 800.542.9941 or email webstore@grimco.com for additional assistance.
Why must I register for a Grimco Online Account in order to ship online?
- You do not need to register to use the basic portion of the site, for example browsing products and finding other industry and Grimco information.
- You do need to register to use the site’s expanded functions such as viewing prices, placing orders, accessing hardware/software support, and managing your Grimco account. The registration process is quick, straight forward and simple.
Why must my registration be approved before my account is activated and I am able to shop online?
- Grimco sells wholesale only. For this reason we individually approve every account application on our web store. We are sorry for any inconvenience and please know this approval process is meant to protect sensitive information from your customers.
- Registration approval also allows us to link your account to our computer system and provide you the personalized service you expect from Grimco.
- It is our goal to approve all account applications as quickly as possible, usually within one business day. You will receive an email notification once your account has been approved with your user name, registered mailing address, and who to contact if you have questions regarding your grimco.com account.
I forgot my password. How do I access my account?
- Click on the "Sign In” link under the "Welcome To Grimco.com” text on the upper right portion of the page. In the “Sign Into Your Account” section, click on the “Forgot Password?" link.

- You will then be asked to fill in your User Name. After completion, you will receive an email with your new password within moments.
- Once you have the password, Log In to Grimco.com and if you like, you may reset your password found under the “My Grimco” tab.
- If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder and add auto-confirmation@webstore.grimco to your Contacts List.
- If you have forgotten your User Name, contact a Grimco Sales Representative at 800.542.9941
Can I reset my password?
Can I have multiple credit cards on file?
I have terms with Grimco and would like to make a payment online where do I go to do so?
- You can make a lump sum payment or pay specific invoices through the “Pay My Bill / View Statement” section under the “Manage My Account” portion of the “My Grimco” tab. This portion of the site also allows you to print invoices and/or a current statement of unpaid invoices.
Where can I view or print my previous orders?
- You can view your previous orders in the "Order History" History” section under the “Manage My Account” portion of the “My Grimco” tab. You can enter a date range or a PO Number and a list of all relevant orders will pull. You can view the details of each order by clicking on a listed Order Number.
Am I able to drop ship my orders when shopping online?
- Yes! You can add new shipping addresses during the checkout process and also in the “My Address” section under the “Manage My Account” portion of the “My Grimco” tab. You can also delete and/or edit your saved addresses in the “My Address” section.
- You can save a maximum of 30 Addresses!
How do I add items to the “Favorites” section?
- You can add items to the “Favorites” section through the “Quick Order” screen and/or by clicking the star icon next to any item in your cart.
How do I access the items I've added to “Favorites” section?
- Once logged in to Grimco.com navigate to the “My Grimco” tab and then find the "Favorites" section located on the left had side of the screen. Items in the "Favorites" section can be added directly to your cart for purchase.
What is “Quick Order”?
- On the Quick Order screen you can enter Grimco part number(s) and desired quantity. You are then able to add these items directly to your
for purchase and/or your “Favorites”.
- The benefit of having “Quick Order” is to easily reorder the items you need the most with the least number of clicks.
Am I am able to order custom signs on Grimco.com?
- At this time custom products are not available for purchase online.
- It is our intent that in the future you will be able to order custom products online.
- In the meantime, to place an order for custom products please call 800.542.9941.
On the “Shipping Preference” screen what is the difference between “Standard Shipping Method”, “Fewest Shipping Method” and “Choose My Shipping Method”?
- The “Standard Shipping Method” option will pull items from multiple branches, if necessary, in order to ensure each item arrives as quickly as possible.
- You are also provided the option to change from where your products are shipped. Look for this icon
click it and the choices are yours!
- The “Fewest Shipments Method” option pulls items from the smallest number of branches in order to ensure the fewest number of shipments possible.
- The “Choose My Shipping Method” allows you to choose a shipping method, including Pick Up, from a list of available options
- If an Item is on back order, expedite shipping and pick up will not be available options
- In all of the above cases we do our best to ship from the Grimco branch(s) closest to you based on available inventory.
Will I be informed if an item I am ordering is out of stock?
- Yes! Orders are shown in two segments, if necessary: Items Shipping Now and Backordered Items.
- You will receive an email within 5 Business Hours letting you know when to expect delivery of any backordered items.
Can I save items to buy at a later time?
- Yes! Once you have added items to your cart you can click on the disc icon
next to any item and it will be moved to the “Saved Item – To Buy Later” section.
How do I access my “Saved Items-To Buy Later”?
- You can access the “Saved Items-To Buy Later” section by clicking on the “Cart” button on the upper right portion of the screen. You can then move items back to your cart by clicking on the cart icon
next to the chosen item.
I am interested in the Hardware & Software items shown on your site. Where can I find pricing and more information?
- You can receive pricing and more information for all the Hardware/Software items available by contacting our Hardware/Software Sales Specialist, Julie McClain at jmcclain@grimco.com or 800.542.9941 x5301.
I am an International customer, am I able to purchase online?
- YES! We have now opened up the ability for our international customers to purchase online. Please register for an account and select your appropriate country. Please contact international@grimco.com or call 800.542.9941 if you have any questions. We can assist in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French.
I’ve stopped receiving Grimco Happy Friday and/or Daily Deal emails. How can I fix this?
- The most common issue when a customer suddenly stops receiving Grimco emails is because the emails are considered spam by the email host.
- If the problem persists and you are still not receiving Grimco emails, you should contact a Grimco Sales Representative by phone 800.542.9941 or by emailing marketing@grimco.com.
What is Sweet Saver Shipping?
- When you purchase $100 or more in the designated Sweet Saver items on Grimco.com ONLY, you can receive free ground shipping on your order. Additional Rules and Regulations apply Click here for more information.
- All items that qualify for Sweet Saver Shipping are marked online and in the Grimco 2012 Catalog with the Sweet Saver logo.
Is there a downloadable PDF version of the Current Grimco catalog online?
- YES! When you log in to your Grimco account, navigate to the “My Grimco” tab and find the left hand menu that says “Grimco Downloads.” Under that tab there are numerous PDF versions of our brochures and catalogs for you to use as a resource.
How do I sign up to receive Grimco’s promotional emails?
- Once logged in to Grimco.com go to the “My Grimco” tab and under the “Manage My Account” menu, select “My Preferences.” You have the ability to include your email address in our Happy Friday and other email promotions list.
- If you think you should be receiving Grimco promotional emails and you are not, then contact a Grimco Sales Representative at 800.542.9941 or by emailing marketing@grimco.com.
- To be included on the Daily Deals email list, go to the “Specials” tab and select the “Daily Deal” icon and at the bottom of the page click the button to register your email address.
I have a new email address, how do I change the email on my grimco.com account?
- At this time, if your email address changes and you would like to change it on your account, you must create a new account with Grimco.com. The new email address will be tied to your unique customer number, so all of your information will be saved and easily transferred over to the new account.
