does everything as stated on the bottle
I've been buying this product for a year and end up using it more often than not for most large install jobs. I used it as a test instead of soap and water and will never go back to using soap for a wet install. Great to have in my tool list as I do a several large installs weekly. makes the installs quite easy.

Excellent solution for wet applications
Excellent option for applying wet applications on large areas of vinyl.
A little on the pricey side, so I only use it on my higher profile jobs and stick to other options for smaller designs.
